 Blowing in the Wind
Guillemots (Uria aalege) crowd the tops of the cliffs around the edge of Staple Island - around 25,000 pairs squeeze onto the islands in the breeding season. On this visit the weather wasn't particularly good and the Guillemot was being buffeted by a strong wind - but still seemed quite happy to stand out fully exposed to the elements.
